In 2004, PacificStarBPO starts with Telemarketing services and Real Estate appointment setting for in the United States West coast. In 2005, the service expands to the East Coast. Since 2007, the services portfolio was expanded to include:

- BPOPhotos.com: Is an American company for which PacificStarBPO provides Data Entry and Back Office services. The business relationship began on 2008, meeting all quality standards. There are 28 representatives in double shift.
- Pacific Star Financial: American Real Estate Company. The services provided to them are Data Entry, Back Office, Customer Service and Logistics Coordination. Giving service since 2004, with a total of 45 representatives in double shift.
- Spark Energy: American company that provides utilities services. 22 dedicated sales representatives, making outbound calls to the North-East region in the US. Average of 300 sales per week.
